Property Description

We are pleased to present Pinemount, at Wyelea, an extraordinary 1.53 acre homesite in Franklin, Tennessee. Distinguished by its setting and scale, this homesite offers more than land—it is an entry into a private countryside community devoted to timeless design and thoughtful stewardship. Each property is intentionally placed, layered over time to preserve views, foster walkability, and create a sense of belonging. At Wyelea, homes are guided by The Guild, an assembly of nationally recognized architects and builders dedicated to architecture, design, and craftsmanship. The result is not only residences of enduring beauty, but a collective vision where every home belongs to its landscape and contributes to the whole. Future amenities will include a private members’ club with equestrian facilities, riding trails, racquet courts, swimming, wellness spaces, fitness, and dining—shaping a life both active and unhurried. Bordering a conserved stretch of the West Harpeth river, Wyelea is at once secluded and connected. Pinemount is an invitation into a place of lasting value, where land and community are thoughtfully composed for generations to come. Harpeth River, Wyelea is at once secluded and connected.
