Property Description
Whether you're looking for a full-time residence or the perfect lake getaway - look no further! This beautifully decorated, fully furnished, turn-key home is lake life at its finest. Set on a wooded cul-de-sac, it's one of the largest homes in The Reserve. With 3 large bedrooms, 3 full baths, and a fully finished walkout basement, you and your guests will have plenty of room to spread out. The open floor plan and well-equipped kitchen are perfect for entertaining, and lend to its 10/10 "Exceptional" VRBO rating as a short-term rental. Take the neighborhood golf cart path to the popular Blue Gill Grill and Holiday Landing Marina, and even community slips for your guests to park thier boats for the day! After a full day on gorgeous Tims Ford Lake, the screened-in back porch overlooking the woods is the ideal spot to relax by the fire and end your day. Grounds maintenance is included with HOA, so you truly can enjoy no-hassle lake living. Just 10 minutes from Tullahoma shopping, and minutes from Tims Ford State Park and the Jack Nicklaus-designed Bear Trace Golf Course, this one checks every box and is available for long term lease or purchase. This isn't just a home — it's your new lifestyle.
